Preface

Health and Recovery represent a holistic journey toward restoring balance, resilience, and vitality across all dimensions of human experience. In today’s fast-paced and often stressful world, addressing physical well-being, mental clarity, and emotional stability simultaneously is essential for sustainable health.

Core Philosophy

Our approach integrates modern science with time-tested traditional practices, combining movement arts, mindful breathing, meditation, and personalized health programs. We believe recovery is not merely the absence of illness but the active cultivation of well-being and vitality.

Multi-Dimensional Wellness

  • Physical Rehabilitation: Movement therapies to restore mobility, reduce pain, and strengthen the body.
  • Emotional Regulation: Techniques for managing stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalance.
  • Cognitive Enhancement: Mindfulness and concentration practices that boost mental clarity and focus.
  • Energy Replenishment: Breathwork and Qigong-based exercises designed to revitalize and harmonize internal energy flows.

Customized Programs

Each individual or group receives a tailored plan based on thorough assessment of their physical condition, mental health status, and lifestyle demands. Our programs adapt dynamically to ensure continuous progress and sustainable results.

Measuring Success

Outcomes are evaluated using a blend of objective health metrics, participant feedback, and ongoing performance reviews to refine and evolve the recovery journey.

Summer Seminars on Tai Chi and Medical Qigong – YFH, USA

In the summer of 2025, a series of specialized seminars took place at the mountain retreat of Yang’s Family Heights (YFH) with the presence of Dr. Yang. These seminars featured advanced training in Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi Sword, Push Hands (Tuishou), and Fighting Set forms.

The final segment focused primarily on Medical Qigong and the Grand Circulation of Energy (Da Mai). Although the groups were smaller in size, participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment.

All classes were held at full capacity, and the combination of a serene retreat environment alongside the mountain nature created an ideal setting for focused learning and growth. Meals were provided by a professional chef, emphasizing healthful and nourishing cuisine.

Dr. Yang has announced that summer 2026 may mark the final occurrence of these seminars at YFH.
